Terms & Conditions:

1. This one time setup fee is a non-refundable payment to build your custom campaign web site and submit it to the 15 major search engines in order to provide you with first page placements. The one time fee I am paying is for custom work, the 6 months is for access to track my results .
2. All work is performed and completed within the first 30 days from date of payment in full. We will send you a copy of your campaign information including the completed web site content, validation, code and submission.
3. You then have free access to view the placement results for 26 weeks. One first page placement is equal to a natural search engine listing, not a pay per click listing.
4. The number of key phrases that you can optimize is based on the fee that you have paid for the package that you have purchased.
5. You agree to allow us to showcase your website as a part of our demonstration.
6. You may upgrade your service to allow for the optimization of additional relevant key phrases at any time for an additional fee. Service cannot be downgraded.
7. I understand this is custom work designed solely for my business which is why there are no refunds, and I understand that any collection activity can result in legal fees and charges up 3 times the amount of the initial sale, not including damages.
8. Client recognizes that no guarantee is made as to any specific position location on any particular search engine since service has no control over the Search Engines nor other sites ranked on those search engines.
9. Though we practice ethical SEO techniques, BDI has absolutely no control over the discretionary decisions that a search engine or directory may take in listing your site or accepting submission. Therefore by signing this document you are agreeing to release BDI from any liability resulting from the action of the Search Engines or Directories.
10. BDI may use RSS feeds to add relevant content to create additional pages in the campaign URL created for your SEO campaign. BDI is not responsible for the content listed through these RSS feeds.
11. We will provide the client with a list of geo-targeted key phrases relevant to their business with search results up to 2,500,000.
12. If client does not approve the provided key phrases within 7 days after the initial key phrase list has been submitted to the client, key phrases will be selected at our discretion.
13. BDI will be indemnified by client for key phrase selection of names and/or businesses.
14. We are not responsible for changes in Internet protocol not in our control.
15. For each insufficient funds or returned check, a $50 fee will be applied.
16. After 6 months, service will continue on a weekly basis for a service fee of $99. You may discontinue after 6 months by providing a written 30-day notice. Otherwise, service will continue and you are hereby authorizing BDI to charge your payment method on a weekly basis. Note: If the client decides to stop the service, their rankings will most likely decrease.
17. All SEO Packages include an informational SEO DVD that contains useful information to navigate the user back office, along with useful software and contact information.
18. All prices unless otherwise specified are in U.S. funds.
19. If in addition to the Campaign Web Site, we are building you your very own web site, you must furnish the content in an acceptable electronic format. We determine the number of pages the site requires. We then style and present your content, logo and pictures to you for approval. You are entitled to one revision at no charge. After the first revision, you may make as many changes as you'd like for the going rate of $125/hr, paid in advance in 4 hours increments. Unless specified, web sites do not include Flash, JavaScript or shopping carts, which are available for an additional fee.

Note: When the client stops the service, their position will decrease.

• As the authorized decision-maker for my firm, I understand that the account that I provide for payment will be charged for the appropriate fees according to the package I have requested above. I hereby represent that I am the authorized user for the account that I have provided for payment. I understand that once this order form is received, since this is a service, a no refund, no cancellation policy is now in effect, and I clearly understand that while the intent of the service is to provide my web site with a higher search engine ranking, no specific position has been guaranteed or implied. Any and all collection costs will be added to the purchase price of this campaign. Business Development Institute is a Nevada Corporation. The venue for litigations will be Clark County, Nevada.
• In the event that my check does not clear, I authorize BDI to run the charge on the credit card listed above for the stated amount of this order.
• We are not responsible for changes in Internet protocol not in our control.
• All SEO Packages include an informational SEO DVD that contains useful information to navigate the user back office, along with useful software and contact information.
• The client understands that the company does no work on your original web site. All work is done on a separate campaign site.
• platinum : 40 Keywords = 1040 first page rankings over 26 weeks.
• If guarantee is not met, service will continue for a second 26 weeks at no charge.
• All prices unless otherwise specified are in U.S. funds.
